Embed codes and CGBootcamp supporters

Leo has re-enabled the embed codes on our Vimeo account, so now Bootheads are able to embed our videos directly into their sites. While we encourage the spread of our virus, please be sure to give proper credit.

Special thanks to Brian MacDonald for being our top sponsor of the quarter! His generosity enables us to continue to bring free training to our community! Be sure to check out his website: www.fakeshark.com

Please consider clicking  the "Support CGBootcamp" button and donate as much or as little as you like!

News August 2010

I’m getting underway with a big tutorial series on ‘Writing CGFX Shaders for Maya’.  It should be good.

We have more things in the pipe, maybe more than time reasonably affords – stay tuned.

As always we are on the lookout for topic and ideas that have ‘not been done anywhere else on the web’ – keep the suggestions coming.

Quick Tip:  You can save high quality full resolution .mp4 versions of our videos from the bottom of its Vimeo page (although you may need a free Vimeo account).

ZClassroom

Martin Knapp from Pixologic has been kind enough to allow everyone at CGBootcamp direct access to the entire ZClassroom library of video tutorials.  These videos cover all the basics of Zbrush and are a great resource for everyone starting out learning the software.  Check the Categories List on the left-hand side of the page to see all the ZClassroom Videos.

Thanks a lot Martin!
